Yes.
Will my employer accept this card?
Most hospitals and clinics accept AHA cards, some jobs require ARC certifications. First check with your employer which provider card they prefer.
How often do I have to renew my provider’s card?
All cards are valid for 2 years.

How do I register for a skills session?
Each course is sold as a bundle. Once you are finished with the online portion, you may call our instruction to schedule a session time that works for your team.
I need to renew my card, I do not have a team, can I still attend a class?
Time is a valuable resource and we treat it with respect. Please call us to check where the closest venue is (to attend with a group) so we can accommodate you. Otherwise, we would be glad to endorse you to other centers.
I have changed my mind on which course to take. How do I get a refund?
